Silverdale Pond

Part of the Silverdale Parkway development, this project achieved the desired effect of constructing a stormwater pond, structures and landscaping to form an attractive landscape feature.

Key aspects of the scope of works included bulk earthworks, installation of stormwater pipes, concrete construction of several large-diameter manholes and a 5-metre deep cast in-situ distribution chamber, timber cantilevered retaining wall, footpaths and landscaping around the pond.
