Dempsey Wood was the Principal Civil Works Contractor on the development of a greenfields site to produce a new school together with a commercial development and future residential subdivision in East Tamaki.

Key aspects of the scope of works included 250,000m³ bulk earthworks, stormwater, sewer/wastewater and watermain drainage, installation of new services throughout the site, construction of building platforms, wing walls and retaining walls and road construction, including the widening of Te Irirangi Drive.
