Albany Junior High School

Dempsey Wood was retained by the Ministry of Education to deliver the civil works package, working alongside the building contractors, on this development of a new high school within a tight timeframe.

Key aspects of the scope of works included site clearance and earthworks, topsoiling and grassing, roading, tennis/netball courts, footpaths/walkways, a segmental concrete (keystone) retaining wall, building platforms and associated works.
