About Dempsey Wood

A New Zealand owned and operated business established in 1993, Dempsey Wood has grown to become a civil contracting company that employs approximately 100 personnel with the proven expertise and capabilities to undertake a range of civil infrastructure, development and construction projects.

Led by our Directors, Conal Dempsey and Jeff Lowrey, our organisational structure comprises:

• Commercial Management Team – Commercial Manager, Senior Estimators and Quantity Surveyors;
• Construction Management Team – Construction Manager, Compliance Managers, Senior Contract Managers and Fleet & Plant Manager;
• Civil Engineers / Project Managers, Supervisors and Crews; and
• Administration personnel.
